The Marketing Director holds ultimate responsibility for the organizations marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business.

Duties of the Marketing Director: 

  • Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.
  • Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
  • Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
  • Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
  • Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
  • Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
  • Collate and report back monthly on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activity.
  • Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
  • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
  • Manage the video production calendar from concept development to final delivery on YouTube and other channels of all content videos.
  • Manage and grow YouTube channel by leveraging video SEO, identifying keyword trends and analysis, and analyzing KPI’s for videos.
  • Continually generate content ideas to showcase our product and brand to our customers and improve the effectiveness of our videos
  • Review concepts, scripts, and videos to ensure consistent and productive messaging surrounding product and branding
  • Project manage the video process from kick-off date to final delivery of asset.
  • Ensure the video is reviewed and approved by all required stakeholders.
  • Maintain database of video templates for freelancers to use when assigned new job.
  • Manage the loading of videos to YouTube to ensure the thumbs align with marketing strategy.

  • Oversee sourcing of freelancers for us to continue building our pool of qualifier production artists.
  • Must have excellent time management skills and be able to deliver quality video in fast paced environment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Mass Media, Marketing or in a related field.
5-7 years of experience in demonstrating subscriber growth across social media platforms
Expertise in managing the YouTube channel with a deep understanding of video seo and industry trends.
Must have experience with well-known brands and how to develop a loyal-subscriber base.
Knowledge of project management tools, processes, and terminology.
Incredibly organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-started, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, with excellent time management skills.
Must have strong analytical skills to make data-driven business decisions.
Demonstrated ability in developing teams and promoting teamwork across various departments.
